Acrylic Milestone Plaques

Our beautiful acrylic plaques are the perfect way to capture you mini's growth and milestones. Each disc is embellished with a natural leaf, a classic style that will blend in seamlessly with any nursery decor.

Our discs come in either a pack of 13 or 25 plaques.

Bundle 1 - 13 plaques:
- One personalised name plaque
- Months 1 to 11 months (inclusive)
- 1 year old

Bundle 2 - 25 plaques:
- One personalised name plaque
- Months 1 to 11 months (inclusive)
- 1 year old

Details: Each disc is approximately 120mm in diameter. They are created on 4mm Acrylic.

Instructions for your order:
1. Please choose the below acrylic base colour that you would like.
2. Please let us know in the comments your mini's name
3. If you have a different image you would like on the name plaque, please let us know in the comments, and we will send through a proof before printing.
4. If there is a different achievement plaque that you would like swapped, please e-mail us at info@kctimes.com.au

Please note: each order will be created with the font styling pictured. If you would like a different font style, please let us know in the comments and we will lease with you directly to create your customised piece!
