Returns and Refunds

All our products are quality checked prior to dispatch and are sent in new condition. To be eligible for any return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

If your product is faulty or damaged in transit our team will repair or replace your product free of charge. Damage as a result of normal wear and tear is not considered to be faulty. We are happy to look at any issues and provide you with a reasonable resolution, including any refunds. Please contact our team at info@kctimes.com.au
